Lincy, one of the director level staff at Asha House has been given a vision to love and care for widows. Lincy is 30 years old and was widowed at 25 when her husband died in a car accident sharing the Gospel with unreached tribal areas of South India. Since that time the Lord has healed her and strengthened her in amazing ways. She is now called to care for people going through the same ordeal as she has. In the short term, she would like to start a widows home that takes in and cares for about 6 widows. They will receive professional medical care, a healthy diet, and be treated with love and grace as they are brought into the Kingdom to heal their pain. In the future, once the Land Vision has been realized, the widows home will expand to include as many as 30 widows who will be cared for in the same manner.
