The staff: - Victor: Pastor and Father. Teaches, protects, and provides for the children lovingly and self-sacrificially. Victor enjoys lifting weights at the local gym, training the guard dogs at the house, and when the occasion permits winning soccer against anyone who will play him.
- Simini: wife and mother. Nurtures the children and helps with the administration. She loves playing with baby Tabitha as her own, joking with the other girl staff, and catching a Hindi Soap Opera once in a while.
-Lincy: mothering and caring for all the girls, as well as helping oversee the support staff. She enjoys learning about operating a computer, translating for teams that come through, and watching her daughter grow up. Lincy’s husband was killed in a car accident about 5 years ago when they were evangelizing some of the unreached tribal areas of South India.
